This class is being offered during the Mid-Year Conference as a convenience for those who
may not be able to attend a class when offered in your area. Trainers Daryl Conley and Joe

Dear Co-Workers & Brothers, The last two months have been a whirl-wind of events at the lodge. The first event for Dee & Gary Hall and me was our trip to the International convention Anaheim, Ca. We learned the WOTM has almost completed our contributions to the Katherine Smith Center. In fact, the ground breaking ceremony was to be held the weekend after the convention. All the WOTM can hold our heads high for coming together to accomplish such a big task. We have had many events at our lodge over the last two months. The first big event was our Christmas-in-July. The WOTM and LOOM pulled together and had a successful event. I know from talking to the members that helped we are hoping to schedule Christmas-in-July some time in the fall when the weather will be more pleasant. If you did not get to the lodge on the 22 of July you missed a fun and exciting sweet auction. Louie Lusero was our auctioneer. Thanks, Louie for a great job. The WOTM made a sizeable profit from the auction and we are planning to hold several more with the holiday season coming up. Our next event was the shot clinic sponsored by Vetco and Noblin Funeral Home. We had a very good turn out for the shot clinic. We have between 60 and 70 people who either got the animals the shots they required and many people got their animals chipped. I would like to thank all of our members who attended the WOTM turkey a dressing dinner. Fortunately, we were able to serve everyone. The WOTM very much appreciate all of the members that attend our Wednesday night dinners. THANK YOU. September seems to be a rather slow month. Of course things pick up in October. We are having our second annual “MAD HATTER” tea party October the first. The party will run from 2 to 4 in the afternoon. Ladies, I will have to say we had a fun and enjoyable time last year and hope more members will be able to attend this year.
